The Residential Property Owners insurance policy provides cover for:
Buildings only option – for loss or damage to the structure of your property
Contents option – for loss or damage to the contents in your property (only available with buildings cover)

Landlords fitted carpets, curtains and blinds, domestic white goods, furniture and furnishings up to £5,000.
